TAMK's internal stakeholder is the work community comprising the staff and students. The external stakeholders are representatives of working and business life, education and research partners, and financiing and support organizations.
The stakeholders are defined in more detail in TAMK's stakeholder analysis. The analysis includes TAMK's key stakeholders, the expectations which each side has for the cooperation, TAMK's key measures, and methods for evaluating cooperation.
Cooperation with stakeholders takes diverse forms, such as:
- credit-earning student work integrated with working life, such as practical training and commissioned projects for final theses
- learning projects
- extension studies for people in employment
- product and service development
- alumni cooperation
- advisory counsils
Cooperation with stakeholders is possible at all levels of the TAMK organization, from top management to the individual level.
