Master's degree programmes at TAMK are 60-90 credits in extent, and take 1-2 years to complete. It is possible to study on a master's programme while working full-time, because there are only 2-4 days of face-to-face teaching per month. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and three years of work experience.
An integral part of the studies is the master's thesis, which may focus on a development idea with application to some current aspect of working life, or it may involve collaborating with a partner from working life to define and resolve a particular problem.

International Business Management
On this programme, participants gain deep insights into the core concepts of international project management,and develop state-of-the-art skills for working in this sector. Graduates from the programme are able to manage and lead operations in challenging multicultural environments in Finland and abroad.
This degree programme provides advanced education for specialists and managers working in the international forestry sector, or aiming to do so. The programme has been developed in cooperation with a partner university in Russia: St Petersburg State Forest Technical University. (NB! No intake in 2018)
