Transfer of Credits and Accreditation of Prior Learning at TAMK
Do you have prior university studies before starting at TAMK? You can apply for credit transfer for prior studies. Please contact you own student counsellor; see the contact information below.
- Transfer of Credits (prior university studies) means that students can transfer prior higher education studies to the degree studied at TAMK if they meet the competence objectives of the degree programme.
- Accreditation of Prior Learning (acquired competence) means that students may propose a skills test to demonstrate their competence acquired through e.g. work experience, on-the-job training, courses, or hobbies, or in vocational secondary education.
During the Orientation Programme we will discuss Transfer of Credits and Accreditation in more detail.
Read more about the credit transfer for studies and competences in the Study Guide.
