Digital mentors started at TAMK

TAMK's first digital mentors have started their work. The newly-chosen digital mentors work as an internal developer and support network and offer concrete support and guidance for others.

Digital mentors are educators and developers interested in developing teaching and learning. They come from TAMK's different fields of study.

- In the last resort, strategic changes are implemented through the deeds of individuals and communities in the organisation. TAMK's digital mentors have a key role in supporting the change, tells Head of Development Ilkka Haukijärvi.

The digital mentors work as peer support in everyday matters related to digital pedagogy and are active developers of teaching and learning, testers of education technologies and methods, and distributers of good practices and knowledge in the schools.
