Care and Technology for the Future!

A new Master's programme in Care and Technology started in September 2015 at the Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Tampere University of Applied Sciences is one of the cooperative partners in planning and implementing this programme.

The European Master Care and Technology is intended both for professionals with a background in healthcare and for professionals with a background in technology. These professionals work as employees or as independent contractors in healthcare-related companies or agencies and all have one thing in common: they believe that user centred technological innovation is essential for the quality and future of healthcare and wish to play an important role in that regard.

This Master's programme focuses on research and innovation in which technology plays a major role. The programme is entirely in English and is strongly international in character. By engaging in European research and development projects, the graduate can contribute towards new technological applications in a healthcare environment at international level.
