Dates: 26 - 29 April 2016
Theme of the week: Go-Create! (L)earning logics in the digital era
Application period: April 2016
TAMK Art, Music, Media International Week is having its 9th anniversary this year. The event is taking place at the Mediapolis campus, Tampere, where we moved quite recently. This year we have two themes, Co-creation & Learning and Earning Logics in Digital Era. We want to encourage students to realize their professional potential, inspire them on their way to entrepreneurship, encourage better ways of co-working with fellow students and professionals, and making use of digital prospects.
Most of our guests are the ones that the students themselves have wanted to see, and we will do what we can to fulfil their wishes. Furthermore, work from many of our students is going to be reviewed by professionals who have been invited with the express purpose of doing so, Also, this will be the first year of our Best Of The Best Student Awards.
As always, we are gathering together professors from our partner universities to hold exciting lectures and workshops. We have participants from over ten countries. The final day of the International Week is going to bring students, professors and professionals in the field together for the Seminar, where current trends and the themes of the International Week are going to be examined and discussed from different angles.
We want to emphasise that our partner Tampere universities are warmly welcome to attend the TAMK Art, Music, Media 9th International Week especially now when the T3 project is so well advanced. People from all of the TAMK campuses are welcome to take part in the event as well.
