Visible Body - Anatomy & Physiology service trial use February 13 to March 12. Now available for mobile use.

Anatomy & Physiology section is a stunning visual network of the human body main system. The service has interactive 3D anatomy models of the human body, animations, texts and learning tests. From the service you can also save the image and use it for studying or teaching later within the terms of use.

TAMK students and staff can access the service through the remote access even at home. The online service requires a fast Internet connection, because the downloading of 3D models move large files to your machine.
Visible Body is started by enterng the the service from TAMK Finna link. In TAMK Finna You clik "Database interface" link. In Visible Body service select the Anatomy & Physiology section. You can start the program in two different ways:

WebGL launches the service without the need to install additional software and it downloads a little more data first.
• Web Player starts the service slightly with less pronounced amount of data, and a little faster. Web Player requires first the installing of the Unity Web Player widget on your computer.

Either way, starting the use of Visible Body through a rapid Internet connection will take several minutes, so patience is required. The service page also describes how which browser programs can be used.
Using the mobile app requires that you download the app in TAMK network, remote access is successful after that elsewhere. Also in mobile use the service will start from TAMK Finna site. Instructions for use of the mobile application can be found from the service.
