TAMK was selected as one of Erasmus Success Stories 2010
Tampere University of Applied Sciences will be included in the 2010 Erasmus brochure of success stories. The European Commission received 64 proposals from 27 countries.
TAMK was chosen to this brochure due to its unique feature and an impressive range of activities for internationalisation. During this application round TAMK was the only higher education institution from Finland which was selected as an Erasmus success story.
TAMK also received a Diploma Supplement Label. Diploma Supplement is a personal document on a student´s degree. It is an appendix to the degree certificate (and the potential translation of the degree certificate). The supplement provides information on the university of applied sciences as well as the studies and their level and status in the Finnish education system.
The supplement is developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO and the purpose of Diploma Supplement is to improve international transparency and fair recognition of higher education degrees especially in Europe.
